 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Yavapai County's GIS created this ZIP Code Boundary layer based off of Census 2000, ESRI Zip Code data, Voter Registration Zip, Road with Zips and Parcels. The layer was digitized based off parcel lines, so the zip code line do follow the parcels. Not 100% accurate but a lot better than anything the Yavapai County or anyone else has. This was re-validated against Voter Registration mailing zip code data in late 2020 or early 2021.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
