<gco:CharacterString>This is GIS parcels from Yavapai County, Arizona extracted from an SDE polygon feature class. These were created originally in ArcInfo Workstation ArcStorm process. These polygon feature were created from parcel lines. Recreated completely for the entire county due to Esri Case #02406767 - Topology Errors. All topology errors corrected or manually repaired after Yavapai GIS Enterprise eeodatabase routine maintenance practice on or after November 10, 2020. Moved to SQL 2019 Casa database on August 12, 2023.</gco:CharacterString>

1. Open the Feature to Polygon Geoprocessing tool
 2. Choose the Parcel Lines as the Input Features
 3. Define the output directory and name of the output Polygon Feature Class
 4. Uncheck Preserve attributes and click OK to run the tool
 5. When the new Polygon Feature Class is created, add both the new Polygon layer and the old Parcel Polygons layer to the map
 6. Look for and open Spatial Join GP tool
 7. Choose the new Feature Class as Target Features
 8. Choose the old Parcel Polygons Feature Class as Join Features
 9. Define the output directory and name of the output Polygon Feature Class
 10. For Join Operation, choose Join One to Many
 11. For Match Option, choose Have Their Center In
 12. Click OK and let it finish. Now, you should have most of the polygons recreated with attributes.
