These address points are currently being created from an FME Desktop workspace (J.E.) that does data checks [Civic field contains a number and number != 0, Full address field is not null, Pre direction in valid list of NENA pre-directions, St post type in valid list of St post type values, Flag/DNDCS are within proper domain values, Zip code in valid zip code values, Parsed address components = full address, Duplicate unique IDs, Address components out of order & Address number field contains alpha characters]. Then this merges data from several different data sources. The total number of records has always been lower than the County and City address points because there are always records that fail one of the data checks listed above.
